Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm, prompt welcome that sets the tone for an outstanding service experience.
• Gather detailed customer and vehicle information to accurately understand and address needs.
• Clearly communicate all vehicle symptoms and concerns as described by customers to the service team.
• Recommend essential maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history to keep cars running smoothly.
• Provide honest, transparent estimates of labor and parts costs to ensure customer confidence.
• Set clear follow-up times and keep customers informed by monitoring vehicle progress throughout the day.
• Verify invoices to match completed work and explain charges in easy-to-understand terms.
• Coordinate loaner cars and insurance verification seamlessly to enhance customer convenience.

Requirements:

• Ability to quickly and accurately identify vehicle problems with confidence and professionalism.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
