Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
- Guide customers through a professional and transparent sales process
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
- Maintain follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize customer experience
- Maintain a professional, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
