Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks)
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify service needs
• Document services accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete minor repairs (filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.)
• Stay current with tools, technology, and repair techniques
• Work collaboratively to ensure timely service
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
• Basic automotive knowledge required
• Experience with shop tools/equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
