We’re looking for a dependable and detailoriented Lot Attendant to help support daily dealership operations and ensure our vehicle inventory always looks its best.

Position Summary

The Lot Attendant plays a key role in the customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all new and preowned vehicles. This position supports the sales and service teams by managing vehicle flow, assisting with dealership appearance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, park, and move vehicles on the lot, ensuring proper display and spacing.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior) as needed for customer showings.
• Assist with vehicle checkin for new inventory, documenting damage and verifying equipment.
• Support service department vehicle flow (pulling up customer cars, moving cars to technicians, etc.).
• Ensure the lot, showrooms, and inventory areas remain neat, safe, and professional.
• Install window stickers, price tags, and dealer plates as needed.
• Keep keys organized and accounted for at all times.
• Assist with snow removal, lot setup, special events, and dealership projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in locating vehicles when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces.
• Ability to be on your feet, work outdoors, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
