Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr + Consistent Hours

 Pay & Schedule

• Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr (based on experience)
• Consistent workflow = consistent paycheck
• Monday–Friday 8–5
• Rotating Saturdays (8–4)

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles and used inventory
• Handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently
• Work alongside advisors to properly identify and complete needed work
• Focus on Fix It Right the First Time

 What We’re Looking For

• Automotive technician experience (any level welcome)
• Strong work ethic — someone who wants to turn hours and make money
• Toyota or ASE certifications are a plus, not required
• Team player who takes pride in their work
