Tom Wood Lexus is seeking a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience and keeping our service operations running smoothly.

Pay: $18/hour + bonus for full-time employees

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane and dealership lot

• Park, retrieve, and organize customer and dealership vehicles

• Assist with vehicle preparation, transportation, and lot organization

• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong customer-first mindset

• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn

• Required: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
