Key Responsibilities

• Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience during every interaction
• Schedule service appointments and ensure appointment details are accurate and complete
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone, text, and electronic communication
• Build customer relationships through timely and personalized follow-up
• Educate customers on dealership services, amenities, and programs
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within CRM systems
• Work closely with dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience
• Develop strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, dealership services, and the overall customer experience
• Meet individual and departmental performance goals while maintaining a high standard of customer care

Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC or dealership experience preferred
• Luxury automotive, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and multiple communication platforms
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions without sacrificing service quality
• Calm, polished, and professional under pressure
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based results
• A sincere desire to help customers and create a positive experience
