Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently searching for a full time Shipping & receiving Clerk. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturdays. 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in his or her work, and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Checks in all incoming orders
Files claims on missing or damaged parts
Puts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locations
Assures that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all times
Maintains special order parts file
Sends out ups and ups cod shipments
Keeps core returns up to date
Assists in annual parts returns at various times through the year
Spot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)
Assures dept. is prepared for annual physical inventory
Assists in loading and routing drivers when necessary
May at times be called upon to do a delivery or pickup
Assists at the parts counter when called upon to do so
Be receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occur 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required
