Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Advise customers on vehicle service needs, providing accurate estimates and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the service schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE FORD EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in an automotive service-related role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- A team player with a strong desire for long-term career growth.
