Customer Service Rep - Auto Dealer

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

• Process payments and handle cashier duties accurately

• Perform general administrative tasks to support our sales and service departments
