Tom Kadlec Kia has proudly served the Rochester community since 1979. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a professional Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers properly maintain their vehicles.

The Opportunity

• High-volume service department with strong customer retention
• Advisors typically manage 15–20 repair orders per day
• Supported by experienced technicians and organized shop processes
• Established customer base and consistent service traffic
• Position open due to continued service department growth

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them accurately
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, mileage, and vehicle condition
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for parts and labor
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Provide timely updates so customers feel informed and confident in the work being performed
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure total satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customers simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
• Ability to confidently present recommended services and maintenance
• Valid driver’s license required
