We’re growing and gearing up for a big move! Tom Kadlec KIA is preparing to relocate into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility—and we’re expanding our team to prepare. We’re currently hiring a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to help keep our parts operations running smoothly. Starting pay is $42,000/yr and will increase depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damage

  • Stock and organize parts in the correct locations

  • Package and ship outgoing parts to customers and vendors

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in shipping/receiving and storage areas

  • Assist with inventory control and occasional in-town parts deliveries

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory updates

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
