Compensation & Pay Transparency

Estimated Base Pay Range: $55,000 – $62,000 per year, determined by experience, qualifications, and core HR skills.

What You’ll Do (Your Core Impact)

People & Connection: Serve as a trusted, welcoming resource for a diverse workforce. Interpret workplace policies, answer employee questions with clarity and empathy, coordinate dynamic new employee orientations, and keep our company events running smoothly.

Planning & Recruitment: Partner with department leaders to build proactive recruitment strategies, manage the applicant tracking system, review applications, conduct background checks, and handle on-boarding seamlessly.

Detail & Confidentiality: Maintain high standards of discretion while handling sensitive personnel records, processing staffing changes, updating job descriptions, and managing the employee performance evaluation process.

Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to refine daily operations, troubleshoot routine workplace inquiries, and manage administrative projects with speed, accuracy, and precision.
