Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who brings professionalism, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility.

This is a performance based position where your effort and follow-through directly impact your income.

• Work directly with customers in person, online, and by phone

• Follow up consistently and professionally

• Manage your own pipeline

• Present vehicles clearly and confidently

• Track and improve your performance

What You Can Earn: This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential:

• Most consultants earn $50,000–$60,000

• Many earn $70,000 - $80,000

• Top performers exceed $90,000- $150,000
