We are looking for hard-working, motivated Body Shop Technician to join our growing Tom Kadlec Auto Body team! The pay range is $50,000-$150,000/year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing body damage; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components per the written repair estimate.
- Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
- Comply with state and insurance requirements by test driving and repairing to factory and I-CAR standards.
- Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
- Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Contain costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
- Keep supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Able to perform work in a timely manner and follow all industry repair standards
