About the Position:

The assistant to a sales associate position is a full time position focused on working directly with one of our high volume A to Z product specialists to ensure a smooth customer experience by providing assistance while customers are in-store or online. This position also helps with follow-up, proper organization of deal docs and taking part in brand building activities that help to grow sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in digital lead follow-up through the CRM
• Assisting in helping customers in store with getting on test drive, gathering trade information and finding cars to show.
• Preparing the paperwork for the deal and ensuring the accuracy of the information. 
• Scanning the deal, if not done through e-signature, to make sure there is a digital copy.
• Organizing the deal and getting it ready for the office.
• Assisting in collecting anything necessary post sale from the customer.
• Assisting in other necessary tasks to ensure a high quality customer experience. 

NO PRIOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
