What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies, including frame straightening, dent repair, and panel replacement.
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair techniques and materials needed.
- Use welding, sanding, and painting equipment to restore vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, estimators, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an automotive body technician
- Knowledge of vehicle structural repair, welding, and painting techniques.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
Salary will be competitive and reflective of your experience and skills.
Who You Will Be Reporting To
You will report directly to the Body Shop Manager, Dewayne White, collaborating closely to ensure accurate and timely processing of all body repair tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the operations of Tom Bush Collision Center while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
