What You’ll Do

• Assist in scheduling customer appointments efficiently
• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the check-in procedure
• Actively listen to customers and thoroughly document their concerns
• Create accurate and detailed repair orders based on vehicle diagnostics and customer feedback
• Effectively communicate and sell the necessary repairs to customers
• Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
• Deliver vehicles back to customers with an interactive and informative walk through
• Perform cashier responsibilities as needed to facilitate smooth transactions

What We’re Looking for

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is highly recommended.
• Applicants must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills over the phone, along with strong organizational abilities.
• An outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including proficiency in presentations and the use of MS Office applications.
• Must have the ability to operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

Who You Will Be Reporting To

You will report directly to the BMW Service Manager, James Latham, collaborating closely to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the service department of Tom Bush BMW Orange Park while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
