What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle sales experience
• Strong self-motivation and ability to manage leads and follow-ups independently
• Comfortable with prospecting and generating new business
• Active in the local community and skilled at networking
• Ability to sell from multiple locations and across multiple vehicle types
• Excellent communication, customer service, and closing skills
