Experienced Automotive Service Advisor (1+ years required)

We are Titus-Will Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership families in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland! We are currently looking for Service Advisors to join our incredible service departments in Tacoma. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of automotive experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization.

• Pay Range: $75,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)
• Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
