Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $180,000 annually, based on flat rate performance

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and estimated repair time
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure work meets dealership standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
• GM / Chevrolet certification preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Personal tools required
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers
• Willingness to continue learning and growing in your career
