Thornton Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated business serving Central Pennsylvania since 1993, is seeking a Collision Center Billing Administrator. This position manages billing and administrative closeout so our estimator can focus on customers, damage analysis, and repair planning.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming Collision Center calls professionally, assist customers, and schedule and confirm estimate appointments for our estimator.

• Gather and enter customer, vehicle, insurance, and claim information while maintaining an organized appointment calendar and repair files.

• Audit completed repair orders against estimates, approved supplements, labor, parts, paint materials, sublet work, scans, calibrations, and other charges.

• Match vendor invoices and credits, prepare customer and insurance billing, and post insurance payments, customer payments, and deductibles.

• Track supplements, short-pays, and outstanding balances, and work with the estimator, technicians, parts department, vendors, insurance companies, and accounting team to resolve discrepancies and close repair orders accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For:

• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through.

• Professional phone skills and a helpful customer-service approach.

• Comfort with invoicing, payments, data entry, and managing multiple priorities.

• Collision center, dealership, billing, accounts receivable, or insurance claims experience is preferred.

• CCC ONE, Dealership DMS (ours is Auto/Mate), or insurance-portal experience is a major plus.
