• Engage, guide, and elevate clients through a world-class luxury buying experience
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with high-value clientele
• Represent the Cadillac brand with integrity, precision, and professionalism
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals
• Master Cadillac’s evolving lineup of EV and performance vehicles

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in automotive sales (luxury/high-line preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and committed to excellence
• Professional appearance and high emotional intelligence
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
