Real Estate Showing Assistant

Position Overview:
The Showing Assistant will support our lead agents by showing homes to clients, assisting with open houses, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn more about real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Show homes to clients in a timely, professional manner

• Assist with open houses, lockbox access, and property tours

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Provide feedback and updates to lead agents after showings

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

• Support clients by answering basic questions about the home-buying process (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License 

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, punctual, and dependable

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps such as Aligned and Supra e-key
