Location: The Village of River Oaks, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community
Pay Rate: $75,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday
(Manager on Duty weekend rotation, must be available holidays and weekends)
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.
- Oversee resident health concerns including assessments, medication management, and activities of daily living.
- Interview, train, and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.
- Coordinate with the Director of Resident Care to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.
- Manage the health care of residents, perform assessments, and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.
- Ensure proper medication management, documentation, and communication with families and medical professionals.
- Train and support memory care staff, ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.
- Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year in senior care or related health programs required. Management experience in Assisted Living Memory Care preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
