Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and food ordering
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant’s standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Line Cook or similar culinary role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
