Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process for hotel guests
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
• Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Available to work weekends and holidays
