Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out process for hotel guests
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
- Available to work weekends and holidays
