Room Attendant

The Room Attendant at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
• Replacing and restocking amenities in rooms
• Maintaining cleanliness of public areas including lobby, hallways, and elevators
• Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Following safety and security procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available to work weekends and holidays
