Night Auditor

The Night Auditor at The Verve Hotel in Natick, MA is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including guest check-in/out, managing reservations, and completing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in/out process
• Handle reservations and room assignments
• Process nightly financial reports
• Ensure guest satisfaction during the night shift

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently during night hours
• Available to work PM shifts
