The UPS Store – Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Lutz, FL (near Tampa Premium Outlets)
$15–$17/hr | Full-Time | Weekend availability required (including Sundays)

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist customers with packing, shipping, printing, and Amazon returns
• Recommend the right products and services and confidently upsell where it fits
• Explain current promotions and special offers
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Resolve customer questions and issues with a friendly, solutions-first approach
• Pitch in with teammates to keep things moving during busy periods

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable, recommending solutions to customers
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Available weekends, including Sundays, with a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus

Schedule: Full-time, roughly [30–40] hours/week across a mix of opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability required.
