The UPS Store in North Scottsdale is currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. We are seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. These are permanent positions with opportunities for growth.

Position Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you will:

• Receive and process packages for domestic and international courier shipment
• Operate store equipment such as copiers, fax machines, binding/laminating machines, and POS systems
• Assist customers with shipping, printing, notary, and other business service needs
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior retail experience is highly preferred
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance
• Accuracy and speed in typing and handling transactions
• Experience in printing, graphic design, shipping, or notary services is a plus
