Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a foundation for lifelong learning? The T.E.A. Center in McLean, VA, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for Pre-K students.

• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Support children’s growth in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child’s individual needs.

• Maintain a safe and organized learning space that inspires curiosity and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience teaching in a Pre-K or early childhood classroom.

• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing, positive attitude.

• Commitment to fostering a love of learning in every child.
