About Us:

The T.E.A. Center is a nurturing and innovative early childhood education and enrichment center located in McLean, VA. Our mission is to empower children through meaningful experiences that promote creativity, confidence, and movement. We are currently seeking a part-time Soccer Coach to join our dynamic team and help develop young athletes ages 2–12 through engaging and age-appropriate soccer sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead soccer classes and activities tailored for children ages 2–12.

• Teach basic soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun, inclusive environment.

• Create lesson plans and activities that support developmental milestones.

• Manage small groups and ensure a safe and positive play space.

• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.

• Maintain and sanitize soccer equipment and activity areas.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience coaching soccer or working with children (ages 2–12 preferred).

• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about youth development.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Must pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements.

• Bonus: Background in education, kinesiology, or child development.

• Pay: Starting at $17-25/hour, depending on experience
