Are you a natural leader with a passion for people, quality service, and delicious ice cream? Sweet Rose Ice Cream Shop is looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead daily operations, inspire our team, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

About the Role:
As the Shop Manager, you’ll be the heart of our shop — overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and sweetly. From scooping smiles to hitting sales goals, you'll help bring our mission to life:

Compensation and Benefits: 

$20.00 - $25.00 / hr plus tips!

What You'll Do: 

  • Supervise and train team members to uphold Sweet Rose’s high standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budget tracking
  • Handle scheduling, payroll reporting, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Lead by example in customer service and team culture
  • Address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate special events and seasonal promotions

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in front-of-house or assistant management in food/beverage
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and during high-traffic hours
  • Clear communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and point-of-sale systems (Square or Toast)
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
