We're Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Night Auditor (Moorefield Location) 

Compensation:  $14.50 per hour depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greet and assist guests with a smile—your attitude sets the tone!
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and handle check-ins/outs
  • Monitor guest accounts, post charges, and reconcile transactions
  • Manage overnight audit procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations
  • Maintain security of keys and guest information
  • Provide general support to ensure guest comfort and safety
  • Assist with luggage and provide local information
  • Stay informed about hotel events and daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous front desk experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused
  • Able to stand/sit for up to 8 hours
  • Capable of lifting 30 lbs. and frequent bending
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Available to work overnight shifts - 11pm -7am
