The Universal Pre School Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This position requires a dedicated educator with a P-3 certification who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to delivering high-quality instruction that supports the holistic growth of each student.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of preschool-aged children.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and administration to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student learning and classroom activities.
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Valid P-3 Certification (Pre-K through Grade 3 teaching certificate).
  • Experience working with preschool children in an educational setting preferred.
