The Sapling School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team in Fair Lawn, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a nurturing approach to working with toddlers.

Responsibilities

- Create a safe and stimulating environment for toddlers

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum

- Provide individualized attention to each child

- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 

- Previous experience working with toddlers

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience and creativity
