PreK Lead Teacher

Description of the role:

The PreK Lead Teacher at The Sapling School in Fair Lawn, NJ will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Provide a safe and healthy learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Assess children's progress and communicate with parents
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Possess a valid teaching certificate
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
