As a Finance and Insurance Manager, your responsibilities are:

• Assist our customers in processing financing and leasing deals accurately while offering a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Review and understand customers’ credit scores and financial situations to assist them to make the best decisions for themselves.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking, lending and finance institutions
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
• Work closely with the sales department to ensure all new sales are reviewed by the finance department for accuracy

Qualifications we are looking for:

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
