This full-time position offers unlimited earnings potential through a commission-based pay plan, plus a premier suite of benefits.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000+ (Commission-Based Pay Plan)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Educate: Connect with prospective buyers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them toward the best options. Create Lasting Impressions: Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Product Knowledge Mastery: Stay updated on vehicle features, financing options, and promotions to confidently advise customers. Test Drive Specialist: Conduct test drives while highlighting key benefits and features. Negotiation & Closing: Work with customers to finalize pricing and terms, ensuring a seamless transaction. Documentation & Accuracy: Complete all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately. Customer Follow-Up: Ensure post-sale satisfaction through follow-ups and relationship-building. Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals: Drive success with monthly sales targets, contributing to dealership growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Clean driving record (licensed for at least 3 years)
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check 19 years of age or older Proven experience in automotive sales or related fields
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
