In this role, you’ll support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes—ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and sourcing strategies to bring in new talent that aligns with our values and mission. Position Summary: Support the recruitment, selection, and new hire processes for the People and Culture department. Collaborate with talent acquisition specialist and supervisors to ensure a talent acquisition process that attracts and retains top talent. As part of the People and Culture team, promote positive employee relations and foster employee engagement.
Essential Functions:

Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process. Assist in screening candidates as requested. Assist in tracking recruitment metrics.

Utilize the applicant tracking system to prepare positions for posting, and work with talent acquisition specialist to generate appropriate screening questions and surveys. Support supervisors on the use of the applicant tracking system and best hiring practices to meet their recruiting needs.

Generate hiring paperwork for selected applicants, coordinating approvals through the electronic signature system.

Assist with special projects which may include sourcing strategies to attract top candidates, including generating partnerships with schools, groups, networks, and other community organizations.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience, or interest in gaining experience, in recruiting or human resources preferred. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with Google applications and applicant tracking systems preferred. Project coordination skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to support multiple tasks, all at various stages of execution. Ability to adapt to changes with new technologies and evolving trends.

The hiring rate for this position is $20.00/hour. This position is also eligible for a competitive benefits package.
