Your Role as a Housekeeper:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas including hallways, dining rooms, and recreational spaces
  
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform carpet cleaning as needed
  
• Clean and sanitize surfaces such as furniture, countertops, sinks, toilets, and showers
• Clean walls, windows, mirrors, vents, elevators, and stairways as needed
• Dispose of trash and hazardous waste in accordance with facility policies
  
• Restock housekeeping and sanitation supplies throughout the facility
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and clothing
  
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to leadership
  
• Support residents during mealtimes by assisting with trays and observing/reporting concerns
  
• Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
  
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and caring environment for residents and team members
• Participate in required trainings, in-services, and team meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 10th grade education required
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  
• Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents, families, and staff
  
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift (50+ lbs), and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
