Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities. This role involves routine preventive maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, handyman work, and general upkeep of property grounds.

 
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Ability to work in varying environments (e.g., outdoor, warehouse, office).
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
 

Skills and Experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.
