S&L Hospitality is currently accepting applications for a Bartender for this location's onsite restaurant. Ideal candidates will be able to work during the business hours of the outlet, including to have weekend and holiday availability, prior relative experience, highly-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and a passion for working with people. 
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Verifying that patrons are of the legal drinking age by checking their identification in accordance with state/local laws. 
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. 
  • Restock, replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shift. 
  • Entering orders into bar POS, collecting payments, and balancing cash drawer.
  • Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times.
 
 
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, more than 30lbs, occasionally more than 75lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions, up to majority of scheduled shift. 
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Ability to maintain a composed, gracious and professional attitude.
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the property’s state/local laws for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous beverage service experience is preferred.
  • Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to maintain and obtain any certifications and licenses for the position.
