What makes us different?
Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing hands-on support, coaching, and resources to help our faculty succeed.

What You'll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children
• Implement engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
• Encourage exploration, creativity, and independence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Teacher

• Associate's Degree (AA) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential plus 2 years of experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field plus 1 year of experience

Assistant Teacher

• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education credits or a Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience preferred

Aide

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience preferred

All candidates must be at least 18 years old.
