Personal Chauffeur – Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dependable Personal Chauffeur to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for executives in Carmel and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, punctual, discreet, and familiar with local and long-distance driving routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport executives and clients to meetings, airports, hotels, and other destinations.
• Maintain cleanliness, fueling, and regular inspection of assigned vehicles.
• Plan efficient driving routes and monitor traffic conditions.
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Assist with luggage, packages, or other transportation-related needs when required.
• Keep vehicle records, maintenance schedules, and mileage logs updated.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism regarding schedules and conversations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal or executive chauffeur preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel if needed.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of GPS systems and local routes.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and discreet under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with hospitality executives or VIP clients.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Defensive driving certification is a plus.

Salary:

$45,000 – $55,000 annually
