Job Requirements

• Manage nutritional screenings, assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines
• Perform nutrition intervention as often as necessary dependent on resident’s status
• Schedule 3p-11pm; EOW and rotating holidays
• Work in conjunction with Dining Services Director, Program Directors, and Administrator
• Oversee clinical parameters of the Dining Services department for conformity to diet orders, nutrition, supplementation, menus and department standards
• Experience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your customers
• A high level of integrity
• A track record as a leader among your peers
• A passion for senior care
• Open and driven communication skills
• Willingness to contribute to our culture
• Excellent time management skills
