We are without a doubt the most premier retirement community, and a dream come true opportunity for a Resident Care Director. 

We are currently looking to hire an RN/LPN to run our Licensed 40 bed assisted living community and manage approx. 15 associates that are caregivers and LPN's.

Job Requirements:

• LPN or RN License 

• 1-2 years’ experience in Assisted Living

• Proven survey history

• Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations

• Proven Leader

• Team Builder

• Experienced Educator

• Great computer skills

• Great communication skills
