The Ford Store San Leandro is looking for an experienced Sales BDC / Internet Sales Representative who brings energy, strong follow-up skills, and a drive to get results. If you’re comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and keeping your pipeline moving, this is your opportunity to put those skills to work.

What you'll do:

• Respond promptly to internet leads by phone, text, and email.
• Set quality appointments and follow up to help customers arrive.
• Reconnect with shoppers who haven’t purchased yet.
• Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
• Work closely with our sales team to create a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about inventory, offers, and dealership processes.

What we're looking for:

• Previous automotive Sales BDC or Internet Sales experience required.
• A confident communicator with strong phone and writing skills.
• Someone who understands appointment setting, lead follow-up, and CRM accountability.
• An organized, motivated teammate who follows through.
• VinSolutions experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per week paid weekly
