What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.

• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Create Comfort: Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight hours.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

• CNA Required: Must have an active CNA credential.

• Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.

• Communication Skills: Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.

• Dependability: Be available to work the assigned overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
